I was born with a warm personality and relentless determination. As the years went by, I became a vivacious, strong, fiercely independent woman driven to succeed. In that time, I also had my first brush with chronic illness and became passionate about clean ingredients and healthy living. I started cooking from scratch and always wanted to know the quality of ingredients in what I was eating and drinking.

When I attended social events, I would often bring my hand-crafted Prickly Pear Margaritas. My friends and I would sip and catch up on each other’s lives. Never known for being quiet, I would share my unfiltered thoughts and audacious stories of my life happenings. My friends would laugh along and nicknamed me “Bad Auntie T”. To all who knew me well, my drink became known as “Bad Auntie T’s Prickly Pear Margarita”.
